Sickling and roles are terms often used in ballet dancing to describe problems with the alignment of the ankle. Many Ballet pupils do not have a clear understanding of the problem, and so started to correct them.
Another word for sickling is Supination. Supination or sickling is when you are on the outside of your feet and foot has the same twisted in appearance when it is pointed out. If the dancer is a releve, the outer ankle Bone exception is deducted.
Pronation is the opposite of Supination. This is the feet, and so that the arc will fall to the floor. When an over-time dancers foot pronating which points out that on the inner heel forward, and this is often called winging foot. If the dancer is a releve, twisting ankles to the inside of the middle line of the body.
Most people believe that those responsible for these two error ankles, but the ankle joint but points and bends. Bones of the Tarsus create an extra movement and the weak points are usually found here.
It is easier for the Ballet teachers to place pronation or rolling ankles if a pupil is permanent. The muscles used for lifting the arc must be trained to do their job properly. Supination is easier to recognize when a dancer in a releve rises, if there is more flexibility in the tendons and muscles in the outermost part of the foot.
Sickling is very common in younger dancers, since they are not yet developed sufficient strength that has yet to keep the muscles of the foot spot when you lift his legs.
Sickling and roles are difficult to correct. It is easier to correct if this in the life of the dancers is addressed. Pupils from six or seven can be taught to understand the difference between a foot and right alignment sickled. They must always be remembered for as long as it takes for the appropriate alignment is a habit.
Some dancers try to point out his foot so hard that sickles. These dancers have their muscles are relaxed while you physically set foot in the right position.
Slowly rises with his feet helps in the proper adjustment to correct the issues. Strengthening exercises with exercise bands also help to strengthen the weak muscles.
If you have small children to correct it is best to use images. Perhaps you can tell them that the fairies under the arches of the feet of life, and if they allow their arcs drop fairies will be caught.
If a dancer rotates her feet out too much, there is also her alignment. Feet will then scroll and put pressure on the knees. Dancers should never force her rise as this can lead to damage being developed later in life.
Keep good fit of the feet is very important during the dance, such as problems in the lower body on the way up work will lead and injuries to other parts of the body, such as in the hips and lower back, which would be about compensation.
